4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

MELISSA RENEE STREET will not bear any responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to bear all reshipping costs independently, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed missing during cross-border transportation, please submit a lost parcel inquiry request to our after-sales team within 3 calendar days from the expected delivery date. Long-distance cross-border shipping may cause unavoidable extrusion, friction and collision to bag products, resulting in packaging damage, surface wear or loose accessories. Our store will not provide warranty maintenance and compensation services for non-quality artificial damage.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
